Setup Meta Business Suite untuk SMB Indonesia
Step-by-step setup Meta Business Suite: Facebook Page + Instagram Business + WhatsApp Business + Ads Manager. Untuk SMB Indonesia.
Manual ini cover full setup Meta Business Suite untuk SMB Indonesia yang baru mulai. Time estimasi: 2-3 jam initial setup + 1-2 jam optimization week 2.
§ 2.1.1 Prerequisites
[ ] Facebook personal account (active, > 60 hari)
[ ] Email business (not gmail/yahoo personal)
[ ] Phone number Indonesia (untuk verifikasi)
[ ] Business document (NPWP atau NIB)
[ ] Logo + cover image (specs di § 1.3)
[ ] Bank account untuk Ads (Mandiri/BCA/BNI accepted)
[ ] 2-3 jam waktu kerja
⚠ NOTE: Facebook personal account harus aktif > 60 hari. Akun baru sering kena flag saat create Business asset.
§ 2.1.2 Step 1: Create Facebook Business account
- Buka business.facebook.com
- Click “Create Account”
- Fill: Business name, your name (real, sesuai KTP), business email
- Setelah create, masuk ke Business Settings (gear icon)
- Verify business identity:
- Pilih: “Sole Proprietor / Single Owner”
- Upload NPWP atau NIB scan
- Waktu approval: 1-5 hari kerja
§ 2.1.3 Step 2: Create Facebook Page
- Di Business Suite, sidebar → “Pages” → “Add New Page”
- Fill:
- Page Name (exact brand name)
- Category (e.g., “Klinik”, “Restaurant”, “E-commerce”)
- Description (255 character max, key keyword di awal)
- Upload:
- Profile picture (1080×1080)
- Cover (820×360 minimum)
- Setup CTA Button (e.g., “Hubungi Kami” → WA, “Order Now” → Tokopedia)
§ 2.1.4 Step 3: Connect Instagram Business
1. Konversi Instagram account ke Business (Settings → Account → Switch to Professional)
2. Pilih category: sesuai bisnis
3. Di Meta Business Suite → Settings → Accounts → Instagram → Add Account
4. Login Instagram + grant permission
5. Connect ke Facebook Page yang baru dibuat
§ 2.1.5 Step 4: Setup WhatsApp Business
Option A: WhatsApp Business App (simple, free)
- Install WhatsApp Business dari Play Store / App Store
- Verify dengan nomor business
- Setup:
- Business profile (logo, address, hours, website)
- Quick replies (template untuk FAQ)
- Auto-reply (greeting + away message)
- Connect ke Meta Business Suite → Settings → WhatsApp Accounts
Option B: WhatsApp Business API (advanced, paid)
Untuk send >100 message/day, butuh API:
- Pilih provider Indonesia: Wati ($49/mo), Maytapi ($28/mo), atau Zendesk
- Apply via provider — mereka handle Meta approval
- Setup webhook + integration ke CRM
- Time approval: 5-15 hari kerja
- Verified business badge (✓ green) after approval
§ 2.1.6 Step 5: Setup Ads Manager
- Di Business Suite → Sidebar → Ads Manager
- Setup payment method:
- Indonesia: Credit card (Mandiri, BCA, BNI), or VA
- Currency: IDR (set saat first ad)
- Verify domain (untuk Conversion tracking):
- Settings → Domains → Add Domain
- Add meta tag verification atau DNS TXT record
- Click “Verify”
- Setup Pixel:
- Events Manager → Connect Data Source → Web
- Install Meta Pixel ke website (via Tag Manager atau direct)
- Test event via “Test Events” tab
